When “I’m Fine” Doesn’t Mean I’m Fine | Teen Edition

”I’m fine” can mean a lot of things. Sometimes a teen really is fine. Other times, they may not have the words yet—or may need time before they’re ready to talk. 🌀

A gentle check-in can leave the door open: “You don’t have to explain it right now. I’m here when you’re ready.”

And when they do want support, you can ask: “Would you like advice, space, or someone to listen?” 💚

Giving space and staying connected can happen at the same time.
